The District Industries Centre (DIC) ordered the Latur Industrial Estate Co-operative Society to cease all non-manufacturing activities on plots originally allotted for industrial purposes. The order, issued following a meeting with Latur Collector Dr Bharat Bastewad, warned of legal action if compliance is not met. Dr Bastewad stated that the administration wants to examine the legality of coaching classes operating from industrial plots and ensure all applicable rules are followed.
