After a gap of 21 years, M.P. government to relaunch State-wide public bus service

Mohan Yadav, the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, announced the relaunch of a state-wide public transport bus service, 'Mukhya Mantri Sugam Parivahan Sewa', in phases across the state. The service will be launched by the Madhya Pradesh Passenger Transport and Infrastructure Limited and is expected to address challenges posed by distances between cities and provide convenient travel options for citizens. The first phase will launch from Indore in July, with services including intracity, intercity, and inter-state routes. The initiative aims to improve connectivity within the state and neighboring states, addressing concerns about safety and accessibility of public transport.
