Modi, Shah must resign: Congress after relief in National Herald case

Congress leaders demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah following a Delhi court's refusal to take cognisance of the Enforcement Directorate's money laundering charge against Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case. The opposition party vowed to expose what they called "vendetta politics" by the Modi government, stating that their cadre is agitated and will demonstrate its strength against the misuse of agencies. The court ruled that the ED's probe stemmed from a private complaint and not an FIR, declining to take cognisance of the prosecution complaint.
