DMK, Congress trade barbs over the latter’s post-poll alliance with the TVK

DMK leader Udhayanidhi Stalin accused the Congress of being responsible for the BJP's victories, claiming they had "shed blood and tears" to ensure Congress wins. DMK president M.K. Stalin was also present at the meeting where a resolution condemned the Congress for its betrayal and labeled it a "parasite". The Congress Legislature Party leader S. Rajesh Kumar countered these accusations, stating that the people of Tamil Nadu elected the AIADMK to power based on the promise of sharing power with alliance partners.
