Calcutta HC to hear PILs on violence at Messi event; five spectators held

The petitioners, including Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari and advocate Sabyasachi Chatterjee, argue for transferring the probe from the West Bengal Police to agencies like the CBI and SFIO due to alleged mismanagement and financial dealings. The court will also consider a stay on First Information Reports against spectators arrested in connection with the incident.
