Need for unified quality and reliability framework for aerospace stressed

A national conference on aerospace quality and reliability, organized by the Society for Aerospace Quality and Reliability (SAQR) and the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), highlighted the need for a unified framework to bridge research and development, certification authorities, and production agencies. VSSC Director A. Rajarajan emphasized the use of advanced quality tools like predictive AI for an Atmanirbhar aerospace system. SAQR President S. Somanath urged start-ups to cultivate a quality culture in the evolving ecosystem.
