After 9.8 lakh voter deletions in Odisha, BJD MP urges EC to address ‘serious concerns’

Patra expressed concerns over the scale and process behind these proposed deletions, citing reports of procedural irregularities and a risk of disenfranchisement. The BJD MP called for a comprehensive re-verification of all flagged cases and full transparency in data disclosure. Former Minister Ranendra Pratap Swain also alleged a political conspiracy behind the voter removals.
