
Surjewala condemns Pratap Simha’s remark against Chief Minister
Randeep Singh Surjewala, AICC general secretary in-charge of Karnataka, condemned Pratap Simha, a BJP leader and former MP, for his "vile remark" against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah during the Bagalkot bypoll campaign. Surjewala accused the BJP of using Mr. Simha to insult the Chief Minister and send a message to marginalized communities, claiming it reflects a lack of leadership within the party. He demanded an apology from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and state BJP leaders, as well as an FIR against Mr. Simha for his remarks.
