Tamil Nadu missed out on Central government schemes because DMK saw BJP as an enemy, says G.K. Vasan

G.K. Vasan, president of the Tamil Maanila Congress (Moopanar), expressed confidence that his party's alliance with the AIADMK-led NDA would win the upcoming Assembly elections in Tamil Nadu. He stated that the anger against the ruling DMK government is high due to their mismanagement and corruption, and this will benefit his candidates. Vasan also emphasized that a "double-engine sarkar" (government) is needed for Tamil Nadu's development, highlighting the importance of collaboration between the state and central governments. He acknowledged actor C Joseph Vijay's entry into the political arena with his new party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, but maintained that his party's alliance with the AIADMK remains strong. Vasan believes his party is the winning front in the upcoming elections.
