T.N. Assembly election: BJP may try to split the DMK even if it gets a majority, says Thol. Thirumavalavan

Thol. Thirumavalavan, president of the Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK), defended his decision to return to the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections despite initial disappointment over seat allocation. He expressed concern about the BJP potentially disrupting the DMK alliance in the future and highlighted the need for vigilance against right-wing forces. He acknowledged that the inclusion of some parties with differing ideologies within the alliance does not diminish its ideological identity, stating that the Left parties and others firmly oppose right-wing politics.
