Pakistan Medical and Dental Council says 10 universities offering unrecognised postgraduate programmes - Pakistan

The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has ordered 10 universities to discontinue their unrecognised postgraduate programs for MBBS and BDS doctors. The council identified these institutions as TIMES University, NUR International University, Gomal University, Sohail University, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, University of Faisalabad, University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Hazara University, and Kohat University of Science and Technology. The PMDC emphasized that these institutions must apply for recognition before offering postgraduate programs.
