Linking KTR to drug episode of Rohith Reddy is illogical: Dasoju Sravan

BRS MLC Dasoju Sravan condemned what he termed as false propaganda being carried out by the Congress government against K.T. Rama Rao, the working president of BRS. He demanded a comprehensive and transparent investigation into the alleged drugs incident at the farmhouse of former MLA Rohith Reddy. Sravan stated that whoever is found involved in the incident must face strict action under the law. He also criticized the Congress social media platforms for deliberately attempting to malign Rama Rao by linking him to the incident without evidence. Sravan alleged that Congress leaders were targeting Rama Rao because he has been consistently exposing the failures of the State government. He pointed out that during the tenure of former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, the government had taken strong action against the drug menace. He added that BRS is ready to support the current government if it sincerely works toward curbing drugs.
