Not stepped away from activism, it requires clarity and sincere dialogue: Sonam Wangchuk

Sonam Wangchuk, a climate activist currently detained at the Jodhpur Central jail, has stated that he remains committed to his activism despite being released under the National Security Act. He emphasized the need for "clarity, unity, and sincere dialogue" in achieving a just future for Ladakh. His wife, Gitanjali J Angmo, co-founder of Himalayan Institute of Alternative Learning (HIAL), previously stated that Mr. Wangchuk will pursue dialogue and collaboration rather than protests after his release. The Supreme Court is expected to hear the case challenging his detention next week.
