State has established world-class transport infrastructure: CM

Kerala's Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan celebrated the successful completion of several major transport infrastructure projects, including new bridges and upgraded roads. The projects, totaling ₹541 crore, aim to modernize connectivity in the state and boost economic potential. The newly constructed Kavanad Mukkattukadavu–Fatima Island and Fatima Island–Arulappan Thuruthu bridges, built at a cost of ₹25.7 crore, feature dedicated carriageways and pedestrian walkways for safety and convenience. The projects are expected to ease daily commutes for residents and boost the region's economic potential.
