Police intensify crackdown on drug abuse, trafficking

State police conducted cordon and search operations in Anantapur, Nandyal, and Kurnool districts as part of Operation Vajra Prahar. The operations focused on sensitive areas like Shikari Colony and Buddappa Nagar in Anantapur, where 100 police personnel participated in vehicle inspections and house checks. Police seized alcohol, confiscated vehicles with invalid documents, identified suspicious individuals, and collected information about criminals.
