Koli-Kabbaliga Horata Samiti and followers of Mallikarjun Mutya, a seer from the Mahal Roja Mutt, protested against a POCSO Act case filed against him in Kalaburagi. The protestors claimed the video evidence was misleading and demanded the FIR be withdrawn, asserting no formal complaint has been filed by the child's family. They threatened further action if their demands weren't met.
