
Manipur BJP MLA’s family refuses burial till demands are met

Vungzagin Valte, a BJP MLA from Manipur, passed away on February 21st in Haryana. His family has refused to bury his body until the government fulfills their demands for a separate district for the Zomi tribe and an investigation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) into his death. The family handed over a list of demands to Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla, who visited Churachandpur district to pay respects.
