Police inaction and alleged cover-up in a murder case involving a powerful politician raises serious concerns.
Four police officials, including former Kakinada DSP V. Bheema Rao, have been suspended for administrative and supervisory lapses in the investigation of the murder of 26-year-old Dalit youth Veedhi Subramanyam, allegedly carried out by YSRCP MLC Ananta Satya Udaya Bhaskar.
