V.D Satheesan questions Tantri’s arrest in Sabarimala gold case, asks SIT to clarify

V.D. Satheesan, leader of the Opposition in the Kerala Assembly, criticized the arrest of Tantri Kandararu Rajeevaru by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the Sabarimala gold theft case, demanding clarification on the grounds for his detention. He questioned the motive behind the arrest and alleged a conspiracy to divert attention from allegations against the CPI(M). Satheesan also criticized Veena George, Health Minister, over back-to-back incidents that he claims demonstrate the state's healthcare sector is in crisis. He further challenged the claim by George that Youth Congress leaders placed a wreath at her door following his instructions.
