Prime Minister Narendra Modi witnessed an aerial display of IAF fighter jets and transport helicopters at the Emergency Landing Facility (ELF) in Assam's Dibrugarh district. The 4.2-km ELF, inaugurated by the Prime Minister earlier that day, was designed for emergency landings and takeoffs of military and civil aircraft. The display included precision maneuvers by Sukhoi-30 MKI and Rafale jets, an An-32 helicopter, and ALH helicopters performing special operations and relief missions.
