Byrathi Basavaraj to undergo health examination again
An MLA accused of murder is undergoing medical examination instead of facing justice.
Byrathi Basavaraj, a BJP MLA, was arrested at the Kempegowda International Airport on Friday for his alleged involvement in the murder of Shivakumar alias Bikla Shiva. The CID requested another medical examination for Basavaraj due to heart-related issues and will present him before the judge on Saturday. The Supreme Court rejected his bail plea, and he was named accused number five in the case.
