KIIFB in-principle nod for MC Road and Sabari Rail projects

The Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) approved ₹8,081 crore for 11 projects at its 56th board meeting. These include the four-laning of the Kesavadasapuram-Angamaly MC Road, the Angamaly-Erumely Sabari Rail project, and the Aerospace Control Systems Complex. The funding will bring the total financial approval granted by KIIFB to ₹1.10 lakh crore. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan chaired the meeting which also saw in-principle approval for projects like medical equipment procurement, infrastructure development of hospitals, and the Conolly Canal project.
