Over 73% of MoUs converted into investments in T.N., says Stalin

Chief Minister M.K. Stalin and Industries Minister T.R.B. Rajaa presented data on the conversion rate of MoUs signed in Tamil Nadu since mid-2021, highlighting that 73.53% of the 1,179 agreements have been converted into actual projects. The presentation showcased investment figures and job creation across various regions, emphasizing distributed growth as a key focus of the Dravidian model of governance. Rajaa also presented data from foreign investment conclaves held in countries like the U.S., Dubai, and the UAE, showcasing a conversion rate of 69.56%. The event saw the signing of two new MoUs, including one with Bharat Biotech for bio-similars manufacturing and another with Hyundai Motors India Foundation for a skill development center.
