
Telangana BJP workers protest at DGP office against death of party candidate
BJP workers and leaders were taken into custody by police on Tuesday after attempting to protest at the Telangana Director General of Police (DGP) office. The protesters, led by State BJP president N. Ramchander Rao, demanded a proper post-mortem examination following the alleged suicide of party candidate Erukula Mahadevappa. Union Minister for Coals and Mines, G. Kishan Reddy and MP K. Laxman raised the issue in Parliament.
