‘Lack of co-ordination, old practices posing challenges to DMK alliance’
Congress members of its negotiation committee will meet Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi to discuss seat sharing with the DMK. The DMK has yet to form a committee for seat-sharing negotiations, despite meeting with Gandhi and Stalin, leading to frustration within the Congress. The DMK maintains that they will continue their alliance with the Congress but have cited traditional practices of forming committees after the Model Code of Conduct.
