Leaders of various parties should introspect on the way the country’s politics is being conducted, says thinker

Sudheendra Kulkarni, a former aide of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, urged leaders across political parties to introspect on the current state of Indian politics. He expressed concern over the weakening of ideological commitment among politicians and the decline in parliamentary debates, highlighting the need for inclusive governance and respect for democratic values. Kulkarni also criticized attempts to portray Jawaharlal Nehru as an anti-national element and lamented the disruption of progress towards improved India–Pakistan relations due to Pakistan's failure to curb terrorism.
