Mani C. Kappan to begin poll campaign in Pala soon

Mani C. Kappan, the sitting MLA for Pala, announced his intention to contest again in the upcoming Assembly elections as a candidate for the UDF. He has already begun preparations for campaigning and plans to commence wall painting works soon. While seat-sharing discussions within the UDF are ongoing, Kappan expressed confidence in winning with a larger majority than in the 2021 election, predicting that if Jose K Mani contests from the LDF camp, he will not be accepted by the people. Kappan previously defeated Mani by nearly 15,000 votes in the 2021 election and believes that once the UDF takes power, development aspirations for Pala will be realized.
