CPI(M)-AIKS Nashik march celebrate Republic Day on the Highway from Nashik to Mumbai

CPI(M) and AIKS leaders led a long march from Nashik to Mumbai on January 26, 2026, to commemorate Republic Day. The march, which began on Sunday, involved tens of thousands of participants, including women and men from all tehsils of Nashik district. The marchers paid homage to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and the freedom struggle martyrs while also highlighting the struggles of the toiling people and the defense of constitutional values. The Maharashtra government attempted to meet with the leaders but they refused, demanding a meeting with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
