He praised the fair's growth from a small event to a large gathering of over 900 stalls and highlighted the Dravidian movement's focus on intellectual revolution through books. Stalin also presented awards to writers, emphasizing the importance of reading for Tamil Nadu's development. The book fair is open until January 21st with free entry.
