Govt. to bring out comprehensive education policy on the lines of NEP, says CM

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy announced the development of a comprehensive education policy in Himachal Pradesh, modeled after the National Education Policy (NEP). A high-powered committee will study and recommend provisions for the policy, which is expected to improve educational quality and functioning at all levels. The visiting Himachal Pradesh Education Minister Rohit Thakur expressed interest in understanding the concept behind the proposed Young India Integrated Residential Schools.
