A.P. CM Naidu tells officials to complete Polavaram works in stipulated time

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu conducted an on-site review of the Polavaram irrigation project, directing officials to complete remaining works within the stipulated timeline. The review included Ministers Nimmala Ramanaidu, Kolusu Parthasarathy, and Nadendla Manohar, along with other public representatives and senior officials from the Water Resources Department. Naidu emphasized the importance of the project for Andhra Pradesh, urging expedited work without compromising quality and prioritizing R&R for affected families. He also directed the construction of the Polavaram Left Canal and plans to ensure water reaches the Kolleru region.
