KTR criticises Telangana government’s bid to reclaim 50 acres of land allotted to MANUU

K.T. Rama Rao, working president of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), criticized the Telangana government for seeking to resume a 50-acre land parcel allotted to Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU). He accused the government of "sabotaging" the aspirations of thousands of students and fueled by real estate greed, drawing parallels with the University of Hyderabad - Kancha Gachibowli issue. Akbaruddin Owaisi, floor leader of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), also criticized the move, referencing the Kancha Gachibowli land issue and its connection to other institutions.
