Siddaramaiah emphasises importance of education to live with self-respect

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah emphasized the importance of education for self-respect and social transformation during the State-level Kumbara Mahasammelan in Mysuru. He highlighted the historical significance of the Kumbara community, known for its expertise in clay art, and acknowledged the contributions of figures like Sarvajna and Babasaheb Ambedkar. He urged everyone to embrace education as a path towards political and social freedom, calling for increased representation of Kumbaras in various fields. The event was attended by several ministers including Satish Jarkiholi, H.C. Mahadevappa, and K. Venkatesh.
