Yogi Adityanath's Cow Urine Project Collects 500 Litres Daily, Aimed at Boosting Farmers' Income

The Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh has launched a pilot project in Bulandshahr to collect cow urine from 15 villages, aiming to replace chemical formulations and boost farmers' income. Around 500 litres are collected daily at Rs 2 per litre with plans to raise rates to Rs 20 per litre. Rural women earn commissions for collection. If successful, the project will be expanded statewide. The Samajwadi Party has labeled it a scam aimed at raising funds for elections. BJP dismissed these allegations.
