TDP, JSP and BJP alliance to win Vizianagaram mayoral election via 62-division split
Aditi Vijaya Lakshmi of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) announced on October 21, 2026, that an alliance with Jana Sena Party (JSP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will win the Vizianagaram mayoral election. The agreement allocates 48 divisions to TDP, 10 to JSP, and four to BJP. Candidate Avanapu Bhargavi aims for a majority, supported by her husband Avanapu Vijay.
Pawan Kalyan orders legal action over alleged destruction of Rs 4.75-crore road
Pawan Kalyan and Nara Lokesh of the TDP-led NDA accused YSRCP leaders of allegedly destroying 100 metres of a Rs 4.75-crore road connecting Ananthasamudram and Papakkagaripalle villages under Palle Panduga 3.0.
