Vikramjit Singh, a 33-year-old member of Waris Punjab De and accused in the 2023 Ajnala police station attack, was arrested along with US citizen Manveer Singh Dhillon (32) while crossing from Nepal to Uttar Pradesh’s Bahraich district. They were apprehended on charges including cheating, forging documents, and violating immigration laws. Four others involved in facilitating their entry were also detained. All accused were sent to jail after appearing before a court on Friday.
