New team to re-arrest Dr. M.K. Ram in Nithin Raj death case
Crime Branch SP M. Mohanachandran announced on Wednesday that a new team would re-arrest Dr. M.K. Ram, the first accused in the death of Nithin Raj, and lead an investigation into alleged lapses by previous teams. DySP Jeevan George will head the probe, which includes recording statements from Nithin’s family and examining loan app operators' involvement. The team has already filed an application for re-arrest with the court.
