Kerala Congress leader booked for defamatory post against CM Pinarayi Vijayan
Kozhikode city police have registered a case against N. Subrahmanian, a senior Congress leader, for sharing an AI-generated photograph depicting Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan with Sabarimala gold theft suspect Unnikrishnan Potti on Facebook. The case was filed at Chevayur police station after the image was deemed to incite conflict and promote enmity between groups. Subrahmanian has been booked under sections of the BNS and Kerala Police Act.
