SIT Finds Bones, Ash in Police Station After Sai Krishna's Death
Alleged custodial death and evidence destruction raise serious concerns about police brutality and justice.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigating the alleged custodial death of Gade Sai Krishna and evidence destruction has seized suspected human remains, a blood-stained lathi, bones, burnt ash, a partially burnt steel wrist chain, and other material objects from the terrace of the Krishnalanka police station. These items have been sent to the Andhra Pradesh Forensic Science Laboratory (APFSL) for examination. APFSL officials also found indications that electronic evidence, including CCTV footage and digital records, had been destroyed between May 1 and June 1, 2026.
