‘Letter’ fuels power tussle rumours in M.P.

Mohan Yadav, the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, is facing a power struggle with Kailash Vijayvargiya, the senior Cabinet Minister. Vijayvargiya reportedly wrote a letter to Yadav raising concerns about neglect and non-cooperation in Indore, his home turf, and alleged transfers within his departments without his knowledge. The letter also claims that Indore's development is being neglected, including delays in the city's master plan and exclusion from projects related to the Simhastha Kumbh Mela. Vijayvargiya has threatened to raise public concerns about these issues if they are not resolved. The Opposition Congress criticized the situation as "infighting" within the government, while a senior BJP leader from Indore confirmed that this is not the first time Vijayvargiya has written to Yadav about these concerns.
