Bengaluru Police Sub-Inspector Praveen has been arrested for allegedly assaulting and subjecting a juvenile accused to degrading treatment during the investigation of a murder case. The incident, which took place at a private location instead of an authorized facility, involved physical assault with a belt and forced sexual acts involving another juvenile. A case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been registered, and further investigation is underway.
