Police counsel repeat offenders, warn of strict action

Superintendent of Police S. Satish Kumar ordered district-wide counseling for known offenders and rowdy-sheeters in Sri Sathya Sai district, warning of strict action for repeat offenses. The initiative aims to prevent sexual harassment, rape, kidnapping, murder, and other serious crimes against women and minors. Kumar stressed the need for behavioral changes and emphasized that those who fail to reform will face legal consequences.
