
West Bengal CM says action will be taken against MLA Humayun Kabir for provocative remarks
Suvendu Adhikari, West Bengal Chief Minister, promised action against Humayun Kabir, an AJUP leader and Nowda MLA, for alleged provocative remarks. Mr. Adhikari stated that three cases have been registered against Mr. Kabir, two at Rejinagar police station and one at Shaktipur police station, and vowed to teach him a lesson. The Chief Minister also accused Mr. Kabir of attempting to consolidate Muslim voters in the Rejinagar seat by making threats against BJP leadership.
