Devendra Fadnavis Called, Asked Me To Take Up Case: Ujjwal Nikam On Fort Murder

Senior advocate Ujjwal Nikam agreed to prosecute the murder case of Ketan Agarwal, at the request of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Fadnavis, who met with the victim's family and assured them of swift justice, requested Nikam after they requested his appointment. The investigation is ongoing, and Nikam will begin his role only after charges are filed. He stated that he is optimistic about the outcome but emphasized that it would be premature to comment on the progress of the investigation until charges are filed.
