Lohagad Fort Murder: 26/11 Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam To Fight Pune Murder Victim Ketan Agarwal's Case

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis met with the family of Ketan Agarwal, who was murdered by his fiance and her lover. Fadnavis assured the family that the guilty would receive the "harshest punishment" and accepted their demand for a special public prosecutor, Ujjwal Nikam, to be appointed in the case. The Chief Minister also instructed the Secretary of the Law and Judiciary Department to set up a fast-track court. Nikam, known for his work on high-profile prosecutions including the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks case, has agreed to serve as special public prosecutor in this case.
