Alleged irregularities in a major recruitment process raise concerns about abuse of power and justice.
The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) urged Andhra Pradesh Governor S. Abdul Nazeer to order a CBI investigation into alleged irregularities in the recent DSC teacher recruitment process. The party delegation, led by Leader of the Opposition Botcha Satyanarayana, raised concerns about question paper preparation, selection list transparency, and implementation of reservations under the sports quota. They also demanded an inquiry into the custodial death of Sai Krishna in Vijayawada, alleging that those responsible were being protected. The Governor responded positively to their request for a CBI investigation.
