This move allows them to vote in the Lok Sabha, pending a decision from the Speaker on a potential TMC petition for disqualification. The government is expected to introduce the Constitution (One Hundred and Thirty First Amendment) Bill or the Delimitation Bill during the monsoon session of Parliament, which begins in mid-July.
