Mahour was suspended in September for alleged misconduct with another woman and irregularities in transfers, but reinstated later. The 30-year-old woman filed a complaint against him alleging multiple instances of sexual exploitation between March 2025 and June 2026, including threats to harm her and her family. He has been sent to judicial custody after being produced before a court.
