Siddaramaiah introduces son Yathindra to Rahul, pushes for his inclusion in next dispensation
Siddaramaiah, the outgoing Chief Minister of Karnataka, met with Rahul Gandhi and other Congress leadership in New Delhi. He resigned on Thursday and requested that his son, Yathindra, be accommodated in the next government. Rahul Gandhi reportedly assured him of this, while K J George, the outgoing Energy Minister, was present at the meeting. Siddaramaiah also met with Mallikarjun Kharge, the Congress president.
