As Quad Foreign Ministers meet, India-U.S. tensions, U.S.-China re-engagement and Iran war pose challenges
S. Jaishankar, Marco Rubio, Penny Wong, and Toshimitsu Motegi will meet in Delhi on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, for the first time since July 1, 2025.
